The Bureau of Land Management Lakeview Field Office has issued a proposed decision record for a Determination of NEPA Adequacy (DNA) to alter the pipeline and trough layout originally analyzed in the Alkali Winter and East Wagontire Water Developments EA and installing two additional troughs and 0.6 miles of additional pipeline within the Alkali Winter Allotment (#01001). No other changes will be made (i.e. same location and number of wells, miles of primitive routes, and development design).

The pipeline is located within the North Alkali Lake and Ryegrass Pastures of the Alkali Winter Allotment (#01001). The decision can be found on the BLM National NEPA Register website at: Ryegrass Pipeline. For more information, please reach out to the Lakeview Field Office at 541-947-6100 or [email protected].
