Lakeview Field Office issues fence categorical exclusion
The Bureau of Land Management Lakeview Field Office has issued a decision record for a categorical exclusion to install approximately 5.7 miles of a four-strand wire fence (top 3 wires barbed, bottom wire smooth) within the Alkali Winter Allotment (#1001), that will create an additional pasture to help improve livestock management and distribution.
The project is located in the Alkali Lake Common Pasture, Alkali Winter Allotment (#1001), outside Habitat Management Areas for Greater sage-grouse.
