Lakeview Field Office issues categorical exclusion
The Bureau of Land Management Lakeview Field Office has issued a decision record for a categorical exclusion to use manual techniques (hand pulling, brush cutters, loppers, rakes, etc.) to remove encroaching wetland vegetation from the ten pools located at Foskett Spring and one pool at Dace Spring to increase the amount of open water habitat.
The project is located approx. 8 miles SE of Adel, Oregon, within General Habitat Management Area for Greater sage-grouse.
