Burns District Office issues Skull 120 Route Change Categorical Exclusion

The Bureau of Land Management Burns District Office has issued a Categorical Exclusion to re-route portions of the 120-, 60-, and 30-mile Skill Bike Race courses to make them safer and more accessible for less experienced riders, while still offering the current route to more advanced participants.
