CHEYENNE, Wyo. — The Bureau of Land Management experienced a technical issue impacting attachments uploaded to ePlanning for the BLM Wyoming June 2026 Competitive Oil & Gas Lease Sale, https://eplanning.blm.gov/Project-Home/?id=1bece1f2-a7f2-f011-8407-001dd80db62a. Attachments submitted between January 20 - 22 were not saved in the system.
