BLM opens boat launch after repairs at Lake Havasu’s Take Off Point recreation area

LAKE HAVASU, Ariz. — The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Lake Havasu Field Office has reopened the western boat launch at the Take Off Point recreation area after repairing damage caused to the structure.

Both boat launches at Take Off Point are now fully functional, however the nearby picnic area remains closed for safety reasons. The BLM will reopen the picnic area once repair work has been completed.
