The BLM Richfield Field Office has issued a decision on the Categorical Exclusion and Decision Record for NEPA number: DOI-BLM-UT-C020-2025-0033-CX.

South Central Utah Telephone Company has requested a renewal of two existing Rights-of-Way on BLM-administered surface lands located within the Richfield Field Office.
