BLM Renews Grazing Permits and Authorizes New Water Well

The Bureau of Land Management Monticello Field Office has issued a categorical exclusion and proposed decision that authorizes the renewal of five existing grazing permits on six allotments for a 10-year term. The project is located on the Sage Flat, Upper East Canyon, Bear Trap, Summit Canyon, Stateline, and Rustler Canyon Allotments in San Juan County, Utah. The Bureau of Land Management Monticello Field Office has also issued a determination of NEPA adequacy and proposed decision that authorizes the BLM to drill a new water well for livestock on the Spring Creek West Allotment on BLM-managed lands in San Juan County, Utah.
