The BLM Cedar City Field Office has issued a final decision and Categorical Exclusion documentation wherein the BLM will issue a 30-year Right-of-Way which would allow the installation of an 18" culinary water pipeline on BLM lands within the Cedar City Field Office. The acreages of the temporary and permanent ROWs within BLM land are 4.77 (Temporary) and 2.4 (Permanent), more or less.
