The Bureau of Land Management Lakeview District Klamath Falls Field Office has issued Decision Record #12 for the 2020 North Landscape Project Environmental Assessment, authorizing forest management activities through a commercial timber sale.

The Scrawny Mutton Timber Sale is located in T. 39 S., R. 05 E., Sections 17 and 31; and T. 40 S., R. 05 E., Section 7, Willamette Meridian, Klamath County, Oregon. The project area falls within the Harvest Land Base – Uneven Aged Timber Area land use allocation of the Klamath Falls Field Office.
