The BLM issues Decision Record for T-Mobile West, LLC Long Gulch Project in White Pine County, Nevada
Ely, Nev. – The Bureau of Land Management has issued a decision on a Categorical Exclusion for a proposed Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976, as amended, (FLPMA) Right-of-Way grant for a new Communication Use Lease within the existing Cherry Creek Communication Site on public lands near Cherry Creek in White Pine County, NV.
Implementation of the proposed project requires an authorized FLPMA ROW grant issued under a separate appealable Decision, as per the Code of Federal Regulations, Part 43, Section 2800.
