BLM issues Decision Record for Nellis Air Force Base Communications Site Right-of-Way Amendment and Renewal Project

ELY, Nev. — The Bureau of Land Management has issued a Decision on Categorical Exclusion DOI-BLM-NV-L030-2026-0002-CX for the Mount Ella communications site located in Lincoln County, Nevada. Issuance of a separate right-of-way amendment and renewal decision would allow for improvements to the existing site facilities and equipment.
