BLM issues a decision record for a landing strip right-of-way grant in Nye County, Nevada
Ely, Nev. – The Bureau of Land Management has issued a decision on a Categorical Exclusion for a proposed Right-of-Way grant for an existing landing strip and new fence on 2.6 acres of public lands near Sunnyside in Nye County, Nevada.
In accordance with the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976, as amended, a Right-of-Way grant must be issued prior to implementation of the project. The grant would be issued under separate, appealable decision.
