BLM issues a Decision Record for a Communication Site Lease in Lincoln County, Nevada

Caliente, Nev. – The Bureau of Land Management has issued a decision on a Categorical Exclusion to assign, renew and amend a proposed Right-of-Way Lease for an existing communication site on 0.06 acres of public lands near Ursine in Lincoln County, Nevada. 

In accordance with the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976, as amended, a Right-of-Way Lease must be issued prior to implementation of the project. The Lease would be issued under separate, appealable decision.
