BLM issues Decision Record for 42 Divide Forest Management Plan Environmental Assessment

The South River Field Office of the Roseburg District Bureau of Land Management has completed the Environmental Assessment (EA) and signed the Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) and the Decision Record for the 42 Divide Forest Management Plan, NEPA No. NEPA No. DOI-BLM-ORWA-R050-2025-0002-EA. The documents are available for review as of December 18, 2025, at the BLM National NEPA Register (ePlanning) website at 42 Divide Forest Management Plan. A 30-day appeal period for the Decision Record will begin December 19, 2025 and end at 4:30PM Pacific Standard Time on January 20, 2025.
