CARSON CITY, Nev. – The Bureau of Land Management has issued a decision record for a categorical exclusion concerning Transportation and Utility Systems and Facilities on BLM-managed land.

This project aims to enhance electric storage capacity, meet increasing demand, and boost reliability and power delivery to the existing electric grid. Located approximately 12 miles northwest of Reno in Washoe County, Nevada.
