BLM Issues Decision on King Salmon Timber Sale
The Bureau of Land Management Myrtlewood Field Office has issued a decision record for the King Salmon Timber Sale. This project was analyzed as part of the Big Weekly Elk EA located on ePlanning as Big Weekly Elk EA. This decision authorizes 30 acres of variable retention regeneration harvest in the Harvest Land Base land use allocation. The Decision record was posted to ePlanning on Sept 2, 2026, which initiates the 30-day appeal period. Appeals must be filed in accordance with applicable regulations and must be received by the normal close of business on October 2, 2026.
