BLM issues decision on DEC Hidden Currents Project

The Bureau of Land Management Roseburg District Swiftwater Field Office has posted the DEC Hidden Currents Project Categorical Exclusion (CE) and Decision Record (DR), NEPA No. DOI-BLM-ORWA-R040-2026-0001-CE, which implements a right-of-way agreement for work within a current right-of-way agreement. The documents are available for review as of May 26, 2026, at the BLM National NEPA Register (ePlanning) website under the following project link: DEC Hidden Currents Project. The 30-day appeal period will begin May 26, 2026, and end at 4:30PM Pacific Time on June 25, 2026.
