BLM issues Decision for Administrative Amendment to NV Energy Power Line Right-of-Way
The Bureau of Land Management has approved an administrative amendment to NV Energy’s existing power line right‑of‑way (ROW). The amendment incorporates short segments of an existing power line that connect to Vero’s Hawthorne In‑Line Amplifier ROW, ensuring the infrastructure is managed under the correct authorization.
This action does not involve new construction or ground disturbance. All power line segments already exist within previously authorized ROW areas. Existing stipulations remain in effect, and standard compliance monitoring will continue as part of routine oversight. Environmental reviews determined the project would not result in significant impacts. The Decision Record is available at: NV Energy Amendment
