BLM hosts Kokopelli Loops trail work day

Event Description
Join BLM and local partners Oct. 25 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. for a day of trail building to celebrate McInnis Canyons' 25th Anniversary as a National Conservation Area. Volunteers will join members from Fruita Trails Initiative, Colorado Plateau Mountain Bike Trail Association (COPMOBA), and Colorado Canyons Association to help construct, finish mountain bike trails along Kokopelli Loops.
To participate, meet at the main Kokopelli Trailhead by 9 a.m. From there volunteers will split into crews and join their crew leaders for a day of trail work. Please wear closed-toed shoes and come outfitted for the day's weather with enough food and water for the work session.
