ELKO, Nev. – The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is providing public notice that preliminary findings of effect to cultural resources for Southwest Intertie Project (SWIP) North Project are available. The BLM’s preliminary findings are located under Appendix C of the Construction, Operations and Maintenance Plan (COM), posted on eplanning page for the SWIP North approved Project.
