BLM Authorizes Shallow Temperature Probes Survey in Mineral County

CARSON CITY, Nev. – The Bureau of Land Management, Stillwater Field Office, has approved Zanskar Geothermal & Minerals, Inc.’s notice of intent (NOI) to conduct geothermal resource exploration operations for a shallow temperature probe survey in Mineral County, Nevada.

This authorization has been issued in response to the BLM Carson City District’s goal of encouraging energy and mineral development in a timely manner to meet national, regional and local needs consistent with the objectives for other public land uses.
