BLM authorizes renewal of the Montigny Access Road right of way in Lyon County
CARSON CITY, Nev - The Bureau of Land Management, Sierra Front Field Office, has authorized the administrative renewal of the existing Montigny Access Road right‑of‑way (ROW) in Lyon County, Nevada. The renewal continues authorization of the previously approved access road with no changes to its location, dimensions, use, or design features.
The authorized action maintains normal, ongoing use of the existing disturbed roadway corridor. No new construction, ground disturbance, realignment, upgrades, or maintenance are proposed. The road will remain in its current condition and alignment throughout the renewed term of authorization.
The renewal supports continued access consistent with prior authorizations and conforms to the Carson City District Consolidated Resource Management Plan (May 2001).
