BLM Authorizes New Fiber Optic Line in Humboldt County
WINNEMUCCA, Nev. – The Bureau of Land Management, Humboldt River Field Office, has approved a right-of-way (ROW) to Hot Spot Broadband dba SkyFiber Internet, for a new fiber optic line crossing public lands in Humboldt County, Nevada.
This ROW has been issued in response to the State of Nevada’s Office of Science, Innovation, and Technology High-Speed NV Initiative, which aims to provide improved telecom and internet services to rural communities.
