BLM authorizes cycling special event at Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument
The Bureau of Land Management Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument and the Richfield Field Office has issued a Determination of NEPA Adequacy (DNA) and Decision Record that authorizes the issuance of a Special Recreation Permit (SRP) to Western Spirit Cycling to conduct multi-day cycling trips across public land. The area of operations will be located in Garfield County, Utah.
