South Central Communication:
The BLM Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument has issued a final decision to authorize an amendment to an existing Right-of-Way authorization for South Central Communication. The amendment will abandon an overhead portion of their authorization and move that portion underground. MCW Lay Flat Pipeline:
The BLM Vernal Field Office has issued Categorical Exclusion documentation for the MCW Lay Flat Pipeline: DOI-BLM-UT-G010-2026-0120-CE. The Responsible Official signed a decision record under which the BLM authorized a right-of-way to Greylock Production, LLC (the applicant) to install a lay flat pipeline to support drilling of approved wells on the MCW well pad. No surface disturbance would occur. The project location is north of the White River and partially within the Chapita Wells Unit approximately 30 miles southeast of Vernal in Uintah County. The project area includes Utah Trust Administration lands, but the BLM decision only applies to land under agency administration.
