BLM Approves Three SRPs, Two ROWs, and Additional Energy Infrastructure in Utah

Special Recreation Permits:

The St. George Field Office has issued special recreation permits for White River Guide Service, Zion Swingers, and Huntsman World Senior Games. The NEPA and Decision Record documents can be found at White River Guide Service Hunting SRP, Zion Swingers Rope Swing SRP, and Huntsman Senior Games SRP. These SRPs will take place in Washington County.

The St. George Field Office has authorized two road Rights-of-Way to provide emergency access to the Solara subdivision in Washington County. The NEPA and Decision Record documents can be found at https://eplanning.blm.gov/Project-Home/?id=96ACD0F0-7AB0-F111-AAAC-001DD8029BBB.

The St. George Field Office has authorized an amendment to Rocky Mountain Power’s Right-of-Way in the Red Cliffs National Conservation Area to add additional transmission infrastructure within an existing substation. The additional infrastructure footprint would remain entirely within the tortoise-exclusion fenced boundary of the applicant’s existing ROW.
