BLM approves road right-of-way renewal in Elko County
ELKO, Nev. – The Bureau of Land Management completed a Categorical Exclusion for the renewal of a right-of-way for an access road from SR 229 in Elko County, Nev. No new disturbance, improvements, or amendments to the existing right-of-way would be authorized. The right-of-way would be issued for 30 years with the option to renew.
