BLM approves new Weed Heights Wastewater Treatment Plant

CARSON CITY, Nev. – The Sierra Front Field Office has approved a right-of-way for the new Weed Heights Wastewater Treatment Plant near Yerington, in Lyon County, NV. The new ten-acre, 63,360-gallon capacity wastewater treatment plant will serve the Weed Heights Development and is necessary to support environmental remediation at the former Anaconda Copper Mine Site.
