BLM Richfield Approves Monroe Trail System in Sevier County

The BLM Richfield Field Office has issued a decision on the Environmental Assessment for NEPA number: DOI-BLM-UT-C020-2024-0013-EA.

The Monroe Trails Committee proposed to construct, operate, and maintain a non-motorized trail system in southwestern Sevier County. The system would consist of non-motorized mountain biking and hiking trail systems, including a National Interscholastic Cycling Association (NICA) racecourse. The project area is located around the community of Monroe.

BLM Moab Approves Right-of-Way for Utah Gas Corps Midstream Phone Line

The BLM Moab Field Office has issued a categorical exclusion and decision record that issues a 30-year right-of-way to Utah Gas Corps Midstream for an existing phone line. This project is located in Grand County, Utah in the Book Cliffs.
