The Bureau of Land Management Price Field Office has issued a decision on the Categorical Exclusion and Decision Record for NEPA number: DOI-BLM-UT-G020-2025-0045-CE the Joe’s Valley Trail Work CE. Joe's Valley Climbing and Community (JVCC) has requested expansions of recreation access facilities in the Cottonwood Creek drainage (Cottonwood Canyon), within the Joe’s Valley bouldering area. The project would address safety concerns by creating more parking and connecting trails to facilitate recreationists in avoiding parking and walking on the road.
