BLM Authorizes Expansion of Green Beetle Quarry
The Bureau of Land Management Salt Lake Field Office has issued an environmental analysis and decision record that authorizes a land use permit to Oakley Mountain Corporation dba Scrivanich Natural Stone for the expansion and renewal of the existing Green Beetle Quarry in Box Elder County, UT. Furthermore, the decision approves the applicant to occupy federal surface estate for the continued construction, operation, maintenance, and reclamation of a quartzite stone quarry.

BLM Authorizes Holiday Tree for Moab Office of Tourism
The Bureau of Land Management Moab Field Office has issued a categorical exclusion and decision record which authorizes the Moab Office of Tourism to install lights on a pinyon tree adjacent to the Slickrock National Recreation Trail from November 30, 2026 to January 4, 2026. This project is located in the Sand Flats Special Recreation Management Area.
