Crawford Mountain Communication Site Amendment

The BLM Salt Lake Field Office has issued a categorical exclusion and decision record that authorizes the Crawford Mountain Communication Site Amendment. This project is located in Rich County, UT. Voyageurs Natural Gas Wells

The BLM Vernal Field Office has issued a Decision Record for the Voyageurs Natural Gas Wells: DOI-BLM-UT-G010-2026-0170-EA. The Responsible Official signed a decision record approving Applications for Permit to Drill which authorize Koda Uinta, LLC (the applicant) to drill up to sixteen gas wells from the approved Voyageurs Well Pad to produce from their existing federal mineral leases. The BLM relied on the Environmental Assessment U&O-FY25-076-EA and FONSI prepared by the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) which approved the right-of-way for the well pad and associated surface infrastructure. The project location is on BIA-administered lands in Section 12, Township 8 South, Range 21 East, SLB&M, in Uintah County, Utah. LC Tribal 35D-56 Pad Oil Wells

The BLM relied on the Environmental Assessment U&O-FY25-072-EA and FONSI prepared by the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) which approved the right-of-way for the well pad and associated surface infrastructure.
