BLM approves amended Right-of-Way authorization for mineral extraction
TONOPAH, Nev. — The Battle Mountain District’s Tonopah Field Office has approved Valley Electric Association, Inc.’s extension and upgrade for an existing three-phase service in Nye County, Nevada.
The decision affects the Kalamazoo Material Inc. project site right-of-way Categorical Exclusion and Decision Record. The appeal period will end at 4:30 p.m. PT, Jan. 7, 2026.
