Application for Withdrawal and Opportunity for a Public Meeting; Comanche County, Oklahoma
The United States Department of the Army (Army) has filed an application with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) requesting that the Secretary of the Interior (Secretary) withdraw 10.32 acres of public land in Comanche County, Oklahoma, subject to valid existing rights, and reserve the land for use of the Army for military purposes for 20 years. The purpose of the withdrawal is for military training at the Fort Sill military reservation. Publication of this notice initiates a 90-day public comment period and announces to the public an opportunity to request a public meeting on the Army's withdrawal application.
