The vendor workshop will be held March 23 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 4701 North Torrey Pines in Las Vegas.

“This workshop is designed to help local vendors interested in contracting with the federal government to support the work of wildland firefighters,” said Tyler Hecht, Assistant Fire Management Office for the BLM Southern Nevada District Office. "We want to encourage new and returning vendors to attend this workshop so they are ready to do business with us during the fire season.”

  • porta- potties
  • handwashing stations
  • gray water disposal
  • sack lunches
  • ice
  • bottled water & Gatorade

During the workshop, fire business and contracting staff will be available to answer vendor questions and provide information about signing up with System for Award Management (SAM) to do business with the U.S. government.
