BLM Farmington reopens district office after renovations

FARMINGTON, N.M. – Beginning Feb. 23, 2026, the Bureau of Land Management Farmington District Office, located at 6251 College Blvd., Farmington, NM 87402, will reopen and return to public operations following renovations. During the renovations, district office staff had been temporarily located at the BLM Farmington Fire Station. Upon reopening, business hours will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., excluding federal holidays.

The Farmington District Office oversees both the Farmington Field Office and Taos Field Office, which encompass more than 2 million acres of public lands and 7 million acres of federal mineral estate.
