BLM Continuity of Operations Planning

Continuity of Operations refers to the ability of an agency to continue providing critical services despite an emergency situation that may prevent use of its normal facilities, information systems, or infrastructure. These emergency conditions range from structural fires or explosions, regardless of the cause, serious weather conditions, the consequences of civil disobedience, or large-scale failures of critical information systems.
