BLM Pinedale Issues Grazing Decision for James Ryegrass and Webb Draw Allotments

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Pinedale Field Office has issued the finding of no significant impact (FONSI) and decision record (DR) for the renewal of a grazing permit for the James Ryegrass and Webb Draw pasture allotments in Sublette County, Wyo.

The DR approves the renewal of a 10-year term permit for the James Ryegrass Grazing Association, LLC to graze livestock on 5,135 acres of BLM-administered land from June 1 to July 31 annually. The association is the sole grazing permittee in these allotments and meets the mandatory qualifications to graze on public lands in accordance with 43 CFR 4110.1.

Appeals to this decision must be submitted according to the process detailed in the DR. Any appeal must be received by May 14.
