It offers outstanding views of the St. George area and the surrounding red rocks inside the Paradise Canyon area. It also offers a chance to spot a variety of interesting reptiles. Beware of steep drop offs at some of the overlooks.
Loop 1: For a 4 mile loop start on Chuckwalla, and continue onto Turtle Wall, Paradise Rim, and Halfway Wash, effectively returning to Chuckwalla.
Loop 2: For a 2.5 miles loop, take the Gap to Paradise Rim, and onto Turtle Wall, Halfway Wash, Gecko, which will return you to the Gap.
