Richfield Field Office Releases Record of Decision and Approved Resource Management Plan

Henry MountainsThe Richfield Field Office is responsible for land use planning efforts on approximately 2.1 million acres of public lands in south-central Utah.  In addition to the current Resource Management Plan (RMP) effort, other environmental documents are developed by the Field Office under the guidance of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).

The Environmental Notification Bulletin Board (ENBB) is a searchable list of proposals under consideration by the Utah Bureau of Land Management (BLM) that provides a brief description of proposed actions and identifies potentially affected or involved resources or values that are of interest to the public.

Information on proposals under consideration by the Richfield Field Office can be found on the Environmental Document Bulletin Board (ENBB).

In April 2015, BLM Utah began transitioning to the ePlanning system for all new NEPA projects. ePlanning is the BLM's national register for NEPA and Land Use Planning (LUP) documents and will replace the Utah Environmental Notification Bulletin Board (ENBB) over time.

Existing NEPA projects currently found on the ENBB will remain there unless otherwise noted. If a project is migrated from the ENBB to ePlanning, it will be assigned a new NEPA number and the existing ENBB entry will be updated to reflect the move and new number.

The ePlanning system can be accessed at: BLM National ePlanning Site.
