Granstaff Campground  Granstaff Campground

Grandstaff Campground is located 3 miles from Highway 191 on Highway 128. It is just upstream of Negro Bill Canyon and is very close to where the Porcupine Rim Trail, a popular route for mountain biking, joins Highway 128. The campsites are designed for tent camping only. Campsites are available on a first-come, first served basis.

Fee: $15.00 per site     Number of campsites: 16      Toilets: Yes

In the fall of 2008 the BLM and partners worked together to remove non-native Tamarisk and Russian Olive trees.  Once the non-native vegetation was removed the BLM redesigned, re-contoured and reconstructed the campsites. You will now find native cottonwood and willow trees throughout the campground and improved views of the Colorado River. These hearty and native trees are temporarily being irrigated to encourage growth and development. Please do not disturb the new vegetation or any black irrigation tubing. If you have any questions please contact the office at 435-259-2100.
