Hidden Pasture Creek WSA


The Hidden Pasture Creek WSA is located in the lower slopes of the Tendoy Mountains.  Sagebrush habitat with some forested areas are cut by numerous seasonally dry drainages.  The area provides habitat for a bighorn sheep herd.  The area is well suited to cross-country hiking, horseback riding, hunting, and fishing, and provides outstanding opportunities for solitude.  


The Hidden Pasture Creek WSA is located in Southwest Montana, roughly 40 miles south of Dillon, MT. From Dillon, drive south on I-15 for 38 miles, take exit 23. Drive  south on the west side Frontage road for three miles, turn right (west) on Big Sheep Creek Road. Hidden Pasture Creek trailhead will be located on the right (north) side of the road.
