Upper Deschutes Resource Management Plan
The Bureau of Land Management's Prineville District completed the Upper Deschutes Resource Management Plan (RMP) in September 2005. The Plan directs management of approximately 400,000 acres of BLM-administered lands in Klamath, Deschutes, Crook, and Jefferson Counties, Oregon.
