Photos of stud horse that got back leg caught in panel at gather site on Jan. 23

On Jan. 23, while preparing to bring another group of wild horses into the trap, one of the previously caught horses attempted to jump out of the corral at the trap. The stud's back leg got hung up on a panel. The crew got a rope and were able to work the stud's leg loose, and he was put back into the corral. The horse was transported to the temporary holding corrals where he was closely observed by the veterinarian and BLM specialists and was determined to be uninjured.
