 Meeting and Conference Services

The BLM National Training Center (NTC) & Conference Center support services staff will provide you with great customer service.  Our service includes, but is not limited to the following:

Electronic Message Boards: Our support services receptionist will take your telephone messages and any faxes you may receive while you are here at NTC. The receptionist will post your name on the electronic message board and it will also be displayed on the TV monitors located in every corridor of each building area, as well as, in the refreshment/lunch room area. You may retrieve your message or fax from the message board in the reception area.    

Super Shuttle Service (For the Airport-ONLY): SuperShuttle transportation services are available 24 hours a day, every day and will provide ground transportation service to and from the airport and to the BLM NTC/ area hotels. Advance reservations are not required upon arrival to the airport but you will need to make your reservation at least 24 hours in advance for transportation to the airport. Reservations can be made on-line at or by calling (602) 244-9000. Pre-payment is required. 

Hearing Impaired Visitors:  Headsets can be checked out and utilized in every meeting room.
