Project Description:
The purpose of the DNA is to renew the ten year term grazing permit for Clark Farms, INC. on the Diversion Allotment with no changes to the mandatory terms and conditions contained within the existing permit. The Diversion Allotment is located approximately five miles south/southwest of Ashton, Idaho on the north side of the Fall River. The allotment consists of 15 acres of public land administered by the BLM¿s Upper Snake Field Office. Authorized use within the Diversion Allotment (#04198) is for 10 cattle animal unit months (AUMs) April 15th through June 1st. The proposed action is the same action analyzed in EA # ID-070-00-0050.
