Project Description:
Short sections of three-wire smooth fence would be placed along Upper 8th Street in the Boise Foothills to control illegal off-highway vehicle use. This illegal use is causing severe damage to vegetation and wildlife habitat and accelerated soil erosion in areas identified for habitat improvement and restoration.
