Project Description:
Jancie Houser requested a Long-Term Campsite (LTC) on the South Fork of the Fortymile River. The site is located 4.5 river miles downstream of the headwaters of the South Fork on the left bank. The site is an improved LTC and has been used in the past by suction dredge miners for camping to support their state riverbed mining operations.
Project Location:
The site is described as SW1/4 NE1/4, Sec.12 T26N R18E CRM (SF 4.5L) on the left bank of the South Fork of the Fortymile River facing downstream. The site is less than one acre in size.
