Project Description:
Gem County Road and Bridge has requested a renewal to a free use permit for crushed basalt. The permit is requested for 100,000 cubic yards of crushed basalt and for the maximum allowed permit duration of 10 years. The materials would continue to be used for the county’s construction and maintenance of their roads.
